This course is designed to help teachers sharpen their public speaking skills and make their communication more impactful. Educators will learn to connect and engage with their students or target audience. 

This course is designed to learn and practice the principles and techniques of Public Speaking. This course will help you to communicate effectively, manage communication apprehension, develop/boost confidence, motivate and inform people, be a better listener, and deliver impactful presentations. 

This course is designed to learn and practice how to communicate in intercultural and international settings. Students will study the process of communicating in a variety of cultural contexts which form our interactions with people from different cultures. The course aims to make participants become culturally effective communicators in an intercultural environment.  

This is an interactive course designed to enhance and have a solid understanding of  diversity and inclusion concepts. Students will gain an understanding of how cognitive processes and perceptions impact how we interact with people in social and working environments. Students will acquire the latest tools in understanding diversity and be open to be inclusive to others they perceive differently.
