  • What do I need for my session?
    To ensure you are prepared for your session, please download Zoom and ensure you have a working webcam. Headsets are highly recommended.
  • May I cancel a scheduled session?
    Yes, you may cancel a session at any time. It is free to cancel a session 24 hours prior to the session time. However, if you cancel a session withtin the 24 hour window, you will be charged in full for the session.
  • How do I cancel a session?
    If you would like to cancel a session, please email info@inspanglish.com. Be sure to provide your full name, contact information, and session information.
  • How do I request a refund?
    You may request a refund for any unused sessions that have been purchased within the refund period by contacting info@inspanglish.com. Amount of refund = the amount paid for the course - the number of completed sessions as schedule (including no-shows) x the price per session at the time of purchase.
  • What if I don't see a time available that is convenient for me?
    No problem! Send us a message with your contact information, the requested service, and the times you're available. We'll get back to you to get started.
  • Do you offer language training for specific fields such as nursing, business, etc.?
    Absolutely! Send us a message with your contact information, the requested service, specific field of interest, and times you are available. We'll get back to you to get things started.
  • May I try a session before registering?
    Most definitely! InSpanglish wants you to feel comfortable when making a decision about your language learning needs. Please send us a message with your availability and preferred service. We will set up an abbreviated time for the session.
