To ensure you are prepared for your session, please download Zoom and ensure you have a working webcam. Headsets are highly recommended.
Yes, you may cancel a session at any time. It is free to cancel a session 24 hours prior to the session time. However, if you cancel a session withtin the 24 hour window, you will be charged in full for the session.
If you would like to cancel a session, please email info@inspanglish.com. Be sure to provide your full name, contact information, and session information.
You may request a refund for any unused sessions that have been purchased within the refund period by contacting info@inspanglish.com.
Amount of refund = the amount paid for the course - the number of completed sessions as schedule (including no-shows) x the price per session at the time of purchase.
